1. Find idle chargers

After entering a public charging station or charging area, car owners need to drive to find an idle charging parking space and park the vehicle. In order to avoid the situation where no charger is available, it is recommended that car owners stagger charging during peak charging periods.

2. Scan the QR code or swipe the card to activate the charger

Generally, public chargers are provided by corresponding operators, so the car owner needs to scan the code and complete the registration and login of the mini program, official account or APP to activate the charger for use. Some chargers can be activated directly by swiping a card for use. (Note: This card is specially issued by the operator and cannot be used with other cards)

3. Charging settings

After activating the charger, you can make relevant charging settings and choose fast or slow charging mode. You can also set up scheduled charging, scheduled charging, etc. Car owners can choose according to their needs.

4. Open the vehicle charging port cover

Before or after activating the charger, the car owner needs to open the vehicle's charging port cover. The switch is usually under the central control screen or on the left side of the steering wheel. It may vary according to different models.

5. Connect the charging line

After completing the charging settings, pull out the charging gun of the charger and connect it correctly to the vehicle charging port. Then tighten the charging line to prevent loose virtual connections, poor contacts, etc., which may affect the charging process.

6. Start charging

After connecting the charging line, you can click the switch on the charger to start charging. At this time, relevant charging information will be displayed on the charger and the vehicle's display, and the car owner must also confirm whether the two are in a normal charging state.

7. Pay the charging fee

Charger charging fees generally consist of electricity fees and service fees, and their charging standards are also different. After charging is completed, the car owner completes the payment and puts away the charging gun, then ends charging and drives away.
