For example, the electricity price range in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China is 0.29 yuan/kWh from 11 pm to 7 am, the off-peak electricity price is 0.71 yuan/kWh, and the peak electricity price is 1.06 yuan/kWh.
Take an electric car that runs 210 kilometers as an example. If you use a charger to charge, the current price of one kilowatt hour of electricity with mainstream chargers is between 1.5 yuan and 1.9 yuan. A full charge requires about 31.5 kilowatt hours of electricity, and the price is between 47.25 yuan and 59.85 yuan. And if you use a household electricity charger, the price is generally around 0.57 yuan per kilowatt hour. The approximate price for a full charge is around 18 yuan, which is relatively favorable, and it uses household electricity for charging. If so, there will probably be even higher discounts, because the price in some cities is even less than 5 cents, and a full charge only costs 15.5 yuan, which is really affordable.
Current chargers support two charging modes: slow charging and fast charging. This is like charging our mobile phones, which have two modes: fast charging and slow charging. In fast charging mode, the battery can be fully charged quickly, at least 40% faster than slow charging. The charging of electric vehicles here is a similar concept, but the efficiency is much higher than that of mobile phones.

The voltage resistance and protection of the battery pack put forward higher requirements, and the charging current is large, which is ten times or even dozens of times the conventional charging current. A large number of electrons flow from the positive electrode to the negative electrode at a very high speed. The charging time of fast charging is generally 80% charged in 30 minutes.
